Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Post-Doctoral Scientist in the Technical Services/Manufacturing Sciences (TS/MS) organization. The role provides technical and scientific support within a dynamic manufacturing environment for parenteral drug products, ensuring robustness across scales.

The successful candidate will design and execute experiments to advance product knowledge, participate in cross-functional teams, and contribute to technology transfer.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Chemical Biology or closely related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Understand stability and degradation pathways of peptides and biomolecules.
• Develop laboratory-scale models to assess manufacturing changes.
• Design and conduct statistically designed experiments to deepen process understanding.
• Mentor lab associates and contribute to technology transfer.
