Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (Microbiology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry).
• Experience in microbiology, molecular biology or aseptic operations.
• Record of publications or conference presentations in peer‑reviewed venues.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability of manufacturing systems and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead SME efforts and harmonize topics across the network.
• Mentor site SMEs to build capability and talent, especially at newer sites.
• Design, conduct and analyze statistically designed experiments.
• Develop lab models for sterility assurance and microbial processes.
• Communicate technical findings through strong documentation.
