The role drives startup, process validation, and regulatory readiness for new and existing products, building a high-performing technical organization to support global manufacturing objectives.

The position requires a PhD in Chemistry or related field with 15+ years of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry or related discipline with extensive pharmaceutical development and manufacturing experience.
• 15+ years in TS/MS or related leadership roles in large-scale manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in process validation, tech transfer, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead large technical organizations and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead TS/MS for small molecule or peptide operations, including new product introductions.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for TS/MS aligned with site goals.
• Ensure validated state of processes and compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and risk management across the organization.
• Coach and mentor team members and allocate resources effectively.
• Represent TS/MS in cross-functional governance meetings.
