Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Modeling & Simulation, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related STEM field from an accredited institution
• Experience in Unreal Engine and C++ Programming

Responsibilities

• Lead the C++ / Unreal Engine software engineering efforts and ensure sub-millisecond data synchronization between simulation frameworks and external Python-based AI models
• Work on testing, analysis, and integration of AI/ML algorithms in new simulation and training architectures
• Collaborate with partner institutions for data collection and model integration
• Communicate research findings through writing and conferences
