WhiteCap Search in New York City seeks an experienced Senior Post-Trade Operations lead to drive optimization and innovation across trading processes and platforms. • 5 years in a senior, hands-on operational role supporting trading; a mix of buy-side and sell-side experience is ideal.
• Deep understanding of the strategic role that prime brokers play at a multi-strategy trading firm.
• Ability to build new and strengthen existing relationships with prime brokers to facilitate platform needs.
• Ability to navigate and negotiate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders on complex problems, from internal developers building trading systems to external vendors on the sell-side.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative work environment with a sense of ownership and a "no task too small" attitude.
