The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff, ensure governance and timely delivery, and leverage expertise in post-trade IT to deliver impactful solutions within investment banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years IT experience including 5+ years in investment banking.
• Proven expertise in post-trade and equity applications.
• Strong knowledge of 15a6 compliance, FINRA rules, and DTCC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional solution design for post-trade applications.
• Manage project planning, execution, and documentation for market initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system changes.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams to address technical issues.
• Mentor junior team members and foster professional growth within the team.
• Analyze and implement new technologies to improve post-trade workflows.
• Ensure compliance with DTCC processes and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Maintain governance over project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
