Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for our Post Surgical Unit. This full-time leadership role requires overseeing patient care, clinical standards, staff development and fiscal management with 24-hour accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• California RN license required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical inpatient Medical-Surgical experience.
• Nursing leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains 24-hour accountability for clinical leadership of staff.
• Oversees personnel and fiscal management for the unit.
• Develops clinical standards and staff development programs.
• Drives continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and others to improve practice.
