Job summary

Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership for a patient care unit. This full-time role oversees staffing, budgeting, and quality improvements in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• California Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire.
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Nursing experience with manager or supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24-hour accountability for clinical leadership of staff.
• Oversee staffing, personnel and fiscal management and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to review and improve practice for excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state and federal standards and internal policies.
