Qualifications

• Maintains 24-hour accountability for clinical leadership of staff.
• Oversees personnel and fiscal management within the unit.
• Develops clinical standards and staff development plans.
• Collaborates with physicians, therapists, social workers and others to improve practice.
• Reviews, analyzes and recommends changes to achieve center of excellence.
