Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
California Registered Nurse License required.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
3 years of relevant clinical experience.
Nursing experience with manager or supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain 24-hour accountability for clinical leadership of staff.
Oversee personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, and staff development.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to review and improve clinical practice.
Supervise House Supervisors, Staffing Office, and Float Pool; manage related functions.
Ensure census and staffing align with the planned matrix and maintain safety and compliance.
