Job summary

Socure is seeking a seasoned Solutions Consultant to own post-sales technical solutioning for major customers and to design scalable solutions on Socure’s platform. You will collaborate with Data Science on POC design and work with cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery.

The role requires translating complex data concepts into clear business recommendations for technical and executive audiences, with a focus on identity, fraud, risk, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical consulting.
• Track record of leading enterprise-level engagements with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
• Strong technical depth across APIs, data flows, analytics, ML/DS-adjacent tech, and modern software delivery environments.
• Ability to translate complex observations into clear business recommendations and executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales technical solutioning for strategic customers across implementation and ongoing engagements.
• Partner with customers to uncover business goals and design scalable solutions on Socure’s platform.
• Lead or support proof-of-concept design and execution with Data Science for measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive delivery, manage risks, and align stakeholders across departments.
• Translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for technical and executive audiences.
• Bring industry expertise to customer strategies where identity, fraud, risk, and analytics intersect.
• Influence roadmap and messaging by funneling insights to Product and Marketing.
• Elevate the Solution Consulting practice by sharing best practices and mentoring teammates.
