Job summary

Socure is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to own post-sales technical engagements with strategic Big Tech/AI customers, acting as a trusted advisor across implementation and ongoing customer efforts.

You will partner with customers to uncover goals and constraints, design scalable solutions that maximize value from Socure’s platform, and lead PoC design with Data Science to ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical consulting in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Lead enterprise-level engagements with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
• Strong technical depth across APIs, data flows, analytics, ML/DS-adjacent technologies, and modern software delivery.
• Able to synthesize observations into clear business recommendations and presentations.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders with executive communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ownership and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales technical solutioning for strategic customers across implementation and ongoing engagements.
• Partner with customers to define goals and design scalable solutions that maximize value from Socure’s platform.
• Lead or support PoC design and execution with Data Science, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for technical and executive audiences.
• Bring industry/domain expertise to customer strategies where identity, fraud, risk, analytics intersect.
• Influence roadmap, messaging, and future solution innovation with insights to Product and Product Marketing.
• Mentor teammates and contribute reusable frameworks to elevate the Solutions Consulting practice.
