Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Service Support Specialist to own post‑sales order accuracy, scheduling, and fulfillment for its industry‑leading robotics and automation solutions. You will support customers and internal teams, coordinate with Operations and Logistics, and ensure timely, accurate order processing across ERP systems.

In this role, you will review orders, communicate status, and drive on‑time shipment while identifying issues and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in customer support or order fulfillment in high-tech industries.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and WMS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to manage time and organize multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders for completeness and readiness.
• Schedule fulfillment and delivery based on inventory and capacity.
• Communicate order status and changes to stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure shipping instructions are followed.
• Assist with expediting urgent orders.
• Maintain ERP/order records in real time.
• Investigate shipment issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide post-sales support to Sales and Customer Service.
• Identify potential fulfillment issues and escalate.
• Follow procedures to ensure consistent processing.
• Support process-improvement initiatives.
