Job summary

Spectrum Search is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead technically demanding customer implementations across enterprise and mid-market environments. You will own the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch support.

The role requires hands-on delivery of complex API integrations, data mapping, and collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. US work authorization is required for this post-sales role.

Qualifications

• Proven Solutions Architect or closely related post-sales implementation experience within B2B software as a service or API-led technology environment.
• Hands-on delivery of complex integrations across enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable API-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-launch support.
• Design, build, test and troubleshoot integrations using RESTful APIs, JSON and XML payloads, webhooks and authentication flows.
• Work with client engineering teams on data mapping and integration architecture.
