Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Solutions Architect for Integrations to ensure technical accuracy before contracts are signed. You will translate complex integration needs into clear blueprints for the implementation team and partner with sales to accelerate deal velocity.

You’ll work across ERP, EAM, and other enterprise systems, building repeatable integration patterns and owning data-flow architectures. This role combines pre-sales rigor with post-sales delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing Solutions Eng, Pre-Sales or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover integration pain points.
• Lead technical discovery conversations about ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems.
• Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for handoff.
• Build a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures.
• Represent integration feasibility in deal reviews and pricing discussions.
• Collaborate with post-sales team to refine scoping templates and communicate pipeline.
• Deliver live demos and PoC integrations as needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal to advocate for prospect needs.
