Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Solution Architect to lead post-sales technical implementations for enterprise clients using API-based SaaS solutions. This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on solution design, API integrations, stakeholder management, and successful customer go-lives.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in Solutions Architecture or post-sales roles, strong REST API expertise, and experience integrating ERP, billing, and financial systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, post-sales roles.
• Hands-on RESTful API experience and data mapping.
• Experience integrating ERP, billing, or financial systems.
• Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hybrid work in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from requirements through Go-Live and post-launch support.
• Design and document scalable enterprise integration solutions.
• Work hands-on with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and authentication.
• Integrate SaaS solutions with ERP, billing, and financial systems.
• Collaborate with client engineering to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Manage technical stakeholders across teams.
• Lead implementation meetings and project updates.
• Identify integration risks and drive resolution.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product needs.
