- 8+ years in technical customer facing roles such as technical account management, GenAI consulting, or solutions architecture.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, SDKs, connectors, and deployment patterns.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and articulate AI impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of customers and drive adoption and value realization.
- Own account health and deployment success across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions across product portfolio.
- Map workflows with customer teams to identify requirements and use cases.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Research to align outcomes.
