Job summary

Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting in Northwest Houston is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage field service activities, dispatch technicians, and ensure installation and warranty work on CNC machinery is completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to coordinate multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

A 2+ year track record in service coordination or related roles is preferred, with strong communication and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating field technicians or service personnel is preferred.
• Manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, or technical service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate technicians for machine installations, service calls, repairs, and warranty work.
• Coordinate technician schedules, travel, job assignments, and customer appointments.
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, scheduling, job status, and follow-up.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers, field technicians, and internal teams.
• Review service requests and determine the appropriate technician and resources needed.
