Job summary

Databricks seeks a Delivery Solutions Architect to blend hybrid technical and commercial leadership, guiding post-sale adoption and value realization of the Lakehouse platform for strategic customers. You will align with sales, field engineering, and executive stakeholders to accelerate usage and ROI across complex workloads.

You will drive technical strategy, orchestrate teams, and own use-case success from onboarding to production, while reporting outcomes and risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI domains.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and business value attribution.
• Strong technical program/project management with stakeholder accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales technical account strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Professional Services for delivery proposals.
• Engage with product and engineering for new features and upgrades.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health, risks and adoption.
