PQShield is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead development of next-generation PQC software, architectures and secure IP blocks. You will guide cryptographic libraries, secure protocols, and scalable software for cloud, embedded systems, and data centers.

• 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in cryptographic software implementations and post-quantum cryptography.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Rust; experience with secure software development.
