Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Mastering to support the StudioPost Picture post-production Operations team. You will assist with coordinating mastering projects, ensuring smooth execution, accurate scheduling, and strong client service.

Collaboration with Project Managers, Operations, and Scheduling teams will be essential for tracking progress and keeping workflows organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mastering post-production concepts, technologies and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the coordination and execution of mastering and restoration projects.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Participate in meetings and take detailed notes to support project execution.
• Monitor daily project activity and communicate updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in scheduling coordination, ensuring resources are properly allocated across projects.
• Help facilitate communication between shifts (day, swing/night, weekends) to ensure continuity.
• Support issue tracking and escalation by identifying potential risks or delays early.
• Assist in reviewing client requests and flagging potential overages or scope changes.
• Help ensure accurate documentation, order tracking, and timely billing support.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying workflow inefficiencies.
