Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Mastering to support StudioPost Picture post-production operations. You will aid with coordinating mastering projects, ensuring accurate scheduling, and delivering strong client service across teams.

You’ll work with Project Managers, Operations, and Scheduling to track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, take meeting notes, and help maintain documentation and billing support while seeking workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in mastering post-production concepts, technologies and workflows.
• Experience with mastering/post-production project management is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering positive client experiences.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating mastering and restoration projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to align with goals.
• Attend meetings and take notes to support project execution.
• Monitor daily activity and share updates with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in scheduling coordination and resource allocation across projects.
• Facilitate communication between day, swing/night shifts and weekends.
• Support in issue tracking and escalate potential risks or delays early.
• Review client requests and flag potential overages or scope changes.
• Ensure documentation, order tracking, and timely billing support.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying workflow inefficiencies.
