Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Episodic to support the StudioPost Picture post-production operations team. You will coordinate TV episodic post-production projects, ensuring smooth execution, accurate scheduling, and strong client service.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Scheduling teams to track progress and communicate updates. You will help in scheduling, monitor daily activity, and assist in reviewing client requests while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in television post-production concepts, technologies and workflows

Responsibilities

• Coordinate episodic post-production projects with Project Managers and Operations teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to align with goals.
• Support client communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist in pre-production meetings and take notes to support execution.
• Facilitate scheduling coordination and ensure resources are allocated across projects.
