Ingenovis Health is seeking an RN Charge Nurse with postpartum and high‑risk postpartum experience to support families in the well newborn nursery. The role includes monitoring for PPH, managing magnesium and testing car seats by gestational age, and providing breastfeeding guidance.
Travel‑ready nurses will be prioritized for strike coverage; on‑site work and daily patient care are expected, with full onboarding by Ingenovis Health as the employer of record.
Unit Details:PP/MB Charge Nurse. RN must have experience with post partum and high-risk postpartum patient care, couplet care, administer magnesium, car seat tests, and ability to support breastfeeding. RN must be competent to monitor PPH and ESBL with appropriate interventions. The RN will also be experience caring for patients in well newborn nursery beyond day 1 of life, neonatal hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia, CCHD screening, metabolic panels, hearing screening, car seat test determined by gestational age, assist with circumcisions - consent, set up/break down of procedural tray, monitoring post circ, and family education, and feeding techniques for newborns with facial/palate deformities.
Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike.
