Ingenovis Health seeks an experienced RN with lactation support skills to assist NICU mothers with breastfeeding and pumping. You will educate mothers on techniques, devices, and feeding interventions, ensuring Baby Friendly practices are followed.
Applicants should hold an RN license with IBCLC/CLC certification or eligibility, and a current BLS. This role may involve travel for strike assignments across facilities in Massachusetts and surrounding states.
Unit Details:RN must have experience with lactation support to NICU breast feeding mothers. RN must be able to assist and educate patients to express breast milk with breast pump. RN must be able to educate patient on all breastfeeding concepts including assistive devices such as nipple shields, syringe finger feedings, spoon feeding, milk fortification, and cleft lip/palate feeding interventions. RN must be competent with all Baby Friendly concepts.
Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike.
