Job summary

Qualifications
- RN required; actively practicing in Illinois
- BLS and other certifications as listed
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
