UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to join the Glendale Heights, IL unit. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families while collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role offers starting pay at $36/hr, a 36-hour week with rotating weekends/holidays, and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and CPR certified (BLS)
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience
• EMR documentation proficiency

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and communicate effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
