Job summary

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking Registered Nurses for the night shift on a full-time schedule. Starting pay is $37.50 per hour with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for eligible applicants.

Grow with us through the Clinical Ladder Program offering salary increases up to 20% based on experience and achievement. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
RN license required; BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on unit.
1+ year acute hospital experience preferred; 12-lead EKG experience required.
Must be able to use Windows-based computer systems and documentation.
ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications preferred per specialty/unit.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
Monitor progress, review and adjust plans as needed.
Document all assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
