Job summary

Brink's Incorporated is seeking a Technology Leader to guide post-merger IT integration across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and operations. You will partner with business leaders to translate strategy into a Day 1 readiness plan and a durable target operating model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in large-scale transformations, integration, or M&A programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology integrations in complex, global organizations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data management, and IT operations.
• Experience participating in or leading a Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO) activities.
• Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams in highly matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the IT integration strategy aligned with transaction objectives, synergy targets, and business priorities.
• Establish and manage the technology integration roadmap, including Day 1, Day 100, and longer-term milestones.
• Conduct technology due diligence assessments and evaluate systems, platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and support models.
• Define future-state architecture and operating model for the combined organization.
• Identify integration risks, dependencies, critical decisions, and mitigation plans.
• Represent the technology function within TIMO and facilitate cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop detailed work plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and governance processes.
• Provide senior leadership level status reporting, issue escalation, and decision support to integration leadership and steering committees.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure integration objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee the integration of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, and end-user technologies.
• Guide data migration, application rationalization, platform consolidation, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Support business continuity and operational stability during all phases of integration.
• Coordinate vendor, partner, and third-party technology integration activities and communications.
• Support cybersecurity risk evaluation and regulatory compliance in integration plans.
• Promote organizational readiness and change management across teams.
• Identify technology-related synergy opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
• Track realization of integration benefits and business outcomes.
