Brink’s is seeking a seasoned Technology Leader to guide the IT integration workstream post-merger. You will partner with business leaders and technology stakeholders to define priorities and drive a comprehensive integration across systems, security, and data to ensure Day 1 readiness and long-term value.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in technology leadership within complex global organizations, with deep knowledge of enterprise apps, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in large-scale transformation, integration, or M&A programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology integrations in global organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data management, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT integration strategy aligned with objectives and business priorities.
• Represent technology in TIMO and coordinate multiple workstreams across teams.
• Drive technology integration execution including data migration, application rationalization, and platform consolidation.
