Brink’s Inc. seeks a Technology Leader to guide post-merger integration across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and operations. You will translate strategy into Day 1 readiness and a target operating model, ensuring continuity and value realization for the merged entity.

You will partner with business leaders, integration teams and external partners to set priorities, manage risks, and drive execution, guiding TIMO and IMO governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including large-scale transformation, integration, or M&A programs.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology integrations in complex, global organizations.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data management, and IT operations.
  • Experience participating in or leading a Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO) activities.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams in highly matrixed environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the IT integration strategy aligned with transaction objectives, synergy targets, and business priorities.
  • Establish and manage the technology integration roadmap, including Day 1, Day 100, and longer-term integration milestones.
  • Conduct technology due diligence assessments and evaluate systems, platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and support models.
  • Support the definition of future-state architecture and operating model for the combined organization.
  • Identify integration risks, dependencies, critical decisions, and mitigation plans.
  • Represent the technology function within the Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO).
  • Facilitate technology integration workstreams and coordinate activities across multiple functional and business teams.
  • Develop detailed work plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing requirements, and governance processes.
  • Provide senior leadership level status reporting, issue escalation, and decision support to integration leadership and steering committees.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure integration objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget.
  • Facilitate the integration of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, collaboration platforms, end-user computing, and operational technology.
  • Guide the functional leaders through the data migration, application rationalization, platform consolidation, and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Support business continuity and operational stability during all phases of integration.
  • Coordinate vendor, partner, and third-party technology integration activities and communications.
  • Support the functional leads in evaluating cybersecurity risks and develop integration plans that maintain security and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate governance, data privacy, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence across integration teams.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to support organizational readiness, communication, and change management efforts.
  • Prepare technology teams and end users for Day 1 operational readiness.
  • Help establish support structures, service management capabilities, and transition plans for the combined organization.
  • Identify and drive technology-related synergy opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
  • Track and report realization of integration benefits and business outcomes.
  • Ensure technology integration decisions support strategic growth, scalability, and long-term value creation.

Job description

This role is critical in ensuring a successful post-merger integration by bridging strategy and execution across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and operational processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader with experience leading complex enterprise technology integrations transformations, Day 1 readiness activities and target operating model build-outs post-merger.

The Technology Leader will serve as a key member of the Integration Management Office (IMO), responsible for leading the technology integration workstream. This technology role will develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies across IT systems, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, service management, and end-user technologies to ensure seamless business continuity from Day 1 through long-term transformation.

The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, functional integration teams, technology stakeholders, and external partners to define integration priorities, manage risks, drive execution, and enable the realization of synergies and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the IT integration strategy aligned with transaction objectives, synergy targets, and business priorities.

Required Experience
