Job summary

Brink's is seeking a Technology Leader to guide post-merger integration across IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and operating models. You will partner with business leaders, integration teams, and external partners to define priorities, manage risks, and realize synergies from Day 1 onward.

The successful candidate will lead the Tech Integration workstream within the IMO, ensuring seamless continuity, governance, and scalable transformation in a global setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technology transformations and large-scale integrations.
• Experience in enterprise-wide technology integrations in global settings.
• Deep understanding of applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Experience participating in or leading TIMO activities.
• Proven success managing executive stakeholders in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the IT integration strategy aligned with objectives and synergy targets.
• Represent the technology function within TIMO and drive cross-functional workstreams.
• Execute technology integration across applications, infrastructure, and security.
• Ensure business continuity and risk management during all integration phases.
• Drive organizational readiness, change management, and value realization initiatives.
