Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology leadership, with large-scale transformation or M&A programs.
• Experience leading enterprise IT integrations in global organizations.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT integration strategy aligned with objectives, milestones, and synergies.
• Oversee Day 1 readiness and target operating model construction.
• Coordinate across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and service management.
• Provide executive status updates and governance to IMO/TIMO leadership.
• Drive risk management, budgeting, and value realization across the program.
