Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience in homebuilding, residential construction, land development, real estate development, or a related industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration efforts for newly acquired businesses.
• Develop and execute integration plans, timelines, and performance goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance.
• Support future growth initiatives and acquisition activities.
• Partner with leadership to help scale operations following acquisition.
• Review and improve land acquisition, development, construction, and sales processes.
• Standardize operational procedures and best practices.
• Work directly with local teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Support growth and scalability across the organization.
• Drive operational excellence across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, IT, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Help align systems, processes, and reporting structures.
• Serve as a bridge between U.S. operations and international leadership.
• Lead organizational change and business improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across teams and departments.
• Support a positive culture during periods of growth and integration.
• Prepare regular updates for senior leadership.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and key performance metrics.
• Present recommendations to support operational excellence and long-term growth.
