Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Bilingual Japanese/English communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate development projects from inception to disposition, coordinating with partners and lenders.
• Review budgets, cash flows, financial models, and investment performance for accuracy.
• Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and performance, ensuring alignment with business plans.
• Coordinate with cross-border stakeholders including Japan HQ and U.S. partners.
• Support new investment opportunities and due diligence activities.
