Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant leadership experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to work with databases and online platforms.
• Paralegal degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of legal principles and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible.
• Ability to handle conflicting time demands with minimal supervision.
• Operate office equipment (copy, fax, printer, scanner).
• Proficient in English grammar and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review post-judgment files to determine appropriate enforcement actions.
• Confirm information regarding consumers’ assets/income prior to enforcement.
• Generate enforcement documents per policies and procedures.
• Submit documents to court, marshal, or sheriff for processing.
• Supervise and track enforcement processes and documents.
• Enter enforcement data into the firm’s case management system.
• Communicate with enforcement officers, courts, banks, employers, attorneys, and consumers about garnishments.
• Import enforcement imaging into the case management system.
• Serve as SME on post-judgment matters.
• Assist in training and oversight of post-judgment team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Post Judgment Manager.
