Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC seeks a Post-Judgment Litigation Paralegal to support its growing POA team in the San Antonio office. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience and offers one remote day per week after one year, scaling to two remote days after two years.

The candidate will perform legal research, draft pleadings, coordinate with courts and law enforcement for foreclosure sales, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years as a Litigation Paralegal and Post-Judgment Paralegal.
• Experience with judicial foreclosure procedures, motions, discovery, evidence, court rules and procedures.
• Experience with District and County Court systems.
• Experience working with constables and sheriffs for foreclosure sales.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database expertise.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments.
• Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file with the court.
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics).
• Coordinate with constable or sheriff for foreclosure sales.
• Calculate payoff amounts and negotiate payment plans with defendants or judgment debtors.
• Tax foreclosure matters knowledge is a plus.
