Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC in San Antonio seeks a Post-Judgment Litigation Paralegal with at least three years of experience to support our growing team. The role offers one remote day per week after one year, and two remote days after two years, with hybrid on-site collaboration.

The ideal candidate excels in foreclosure procedures, drafting pleadings, coordinating with constables and sheriffs, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal and Post-Judgment Paralegal.
• Knowledge of foreclosure procedures, motions, discovery, and court rules.
• Experience with District and County Court systems.
• Experience coordinating with constables and sheriffs for foreclosure sales.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments.
• Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and filing them with the court.
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings, deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics).
• Coordinate with constable or sheriff for judicial foreclosure sales.
• Calculate payoff amounts and negotiate payment plans with defendants or judgment debtors.
• Experience with tax foreclosure matters is a plus.
