Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC is seeking a Post-Judgment Litigation Paralegal to support our growing POA team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

You will draft pleadings and motions, perform legal research, coordinate with constables or sheriffs for foreclosure sales, and manage case files with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal and Post-Judgment Paralegal.
• Knowledge of judicial foreclosure procedures, motions, discovery, and court rules.
• Experience with District and County Court systems.
• Experience with working with constables and sheriffs on foreclosure sales.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, appellate documents and filing them with the court.
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics).
• Coordinating with constable or sheriff for judicial foreclosure sales.
• Calculate payoff amounts and/or negotiate payment plans with defendants or judgment debtors.

Join RMWBH Law's growing POA team as a Post-Judgment Litigation Paralegal. We are seeking a motivated professional with at least three years of experience to support our expanding practice. This role is based in our San Antonio office and offers the opportunity for one remote workday per week after one year with the firm and two remote days a week after two years with the firm.

Qualified candidates will have strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office, desire to work as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment, ability to follow through on tasks to successful completion, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal and Post-Judgment Paralegal
• Applicable knowledge of judicial foreclosure procedures, motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc
• Experience with District and County Court systems
