Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Paralegal to assist attorneys in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and mortgage-related practice areas. This role supports litigation teams, drafts pleadings and discovery, and coordinates with clients and courts to keep cases moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of legal principles, legal research techniques and terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in litigation, including drafting pleadings and court filings.
• Draft written discovery requests and proposed responses for attorney review.
• Manage calendars, case dockets and reminders for hearings.
• Coordinate document requests and responses with clients and courts.
• Update client matter systems and ensure proper case management.
