Athene is looking to hire dynamic individuals for its Post Issue Processing team in West Des Moines, IA. You will deliver outstanding service to existing customers by handling requests from agents, policy owners, and third parties, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience required.
College degree preferred, but not required. Military experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree.
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems with minimal assistance required.
Proven effective verbal and written communications, while explaining concepts and processes to a diverse customer base.
Knowledge of annuity products and annuity contract regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

Processes transactions which may include address changes, beneficiary changes, withdrawals, surrenders, etc.
Provides information or explanations of our products, along with terms and conditions of our policies
Ensures and documents the appropriate response to each question, which can range from the simple to moderately complex
Formulates correspondence with customers through both verbal and written methods
Takes initiative to be a solution seeker
