Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service for post-installation services.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, text, website, or other employees.
• Contact customers with Service Required to verify scope and arrange service visits.
• Attend and facilitate the mandatory morning Customer Service huddle per agenda.
• Provide data and feedback to General Manager and Service Managers on service issues.
