West Shore Home is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Greenville, NC, onsite, to support the Lexington branch. You will handle post-installation service requests, schedule appointments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a fast-paced role emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and relationship building, with full-time hours Monday–Friday and competitive hourly pay.
