Job summary
5 Star Roofing Company is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to drive customer development, schedule estimates, and ensure satisfaction after the sale.
You will contact homeowners, coordinate estimator appointments, and complete post-installation paperwork, while presenting additional services by phone.
Candidates should have strong phone sales, excellent communication, and attention to detail; Home Improvement industry experience is preferred.

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to clearly explain products and services
- Detail-oriented with paperwork and documentation
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments
- Call homeowners after installation to perform post-installation follow-ups
- Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
- Complete final paperwork and obtain approvals
- Present additional products, upgrades, or services when needed
