Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role, preferably within sales or construction.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (experience with roofing-specific tools a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of the roofing industry and construction processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily admin tasks, scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits.
• Prepare and maintain sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Help manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate follow-up with potential and current customers to ensure timely responses and satisfaction.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Schedule site inspections for roofing projects with customers and sales reps.
• Maintain and organize customer files, contracts, and sales agreements.
• Track sales metrics and assist in forecasting and reporting.
• Provide office support and coordinate logistics for meetings.
