Job summary
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Jersey City Medical Center’s Post Intensive Care Unit-I. The role requires an active NJ RN license or multistate license with NJ endorsement, BLS certification, and graduation from an NLN-accredited program.
The position features a day shift and is based at 355 Grand Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Eligible candidates must maintain NJ licensure, be able to work every other weekend, and perform nursing duties under the NJ State Nurse
Qualifications
- Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association.
- Graduate from an accredited NLN School of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within NJ Nurse Practice Act guidelines.
- Implement Hospital policies, procedures and performance improvement activities.
- Deliver age-appropriate nursing care within an assigned unit, assessing patient needs.
