This role requires an ASN or Nursing Diploma and an active New Jersey RN license. Responsibilities include providing patient care, supervising team members, and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Med./Surg. Telemetry and/or ICU nursing is preferred.
• BLS upon hire; ACLS certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act.
• Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members.
• Report identified safety issues and collaborate with other patient care providers.
