Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) is seeking a Post-Harvest Lead to supervise a small team and oversee day-to-day operations in the post-harvest area, including harvest, dry, cure and packaging, all in strict accordance with company standards and state regulations.

You will train associates, update policies, ensure SOP compliance, maintain accurate records, monitor environmental conditions, and uphold facility cleanliness and safety while driving performance and production throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to follow a complex production and harvest schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills for plant health and product processing.
• Understanding of processing techniques and industry technologies.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Registered Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Implement good agricultural practices and follow facility rules.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation practices.
• Supervise post-harvest associates and ensure tasks align with SOPs.
• Assist in harvesting, drying, curing, burping, packaging, and related post-harvest tasks.
• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, CO2, VPD).
• Conduct audits and document production activities.
