Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in post-harvest, processing, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and weigh cannabis flower and byproducts for inventory input.
• Supervise and train team members in Processing department tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation of all products including waste.
• Ensure clean, pest-free final product and proper sanitation of equipment.
