Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in post-harvest, processing, or packaging roles.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain required badges.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity with small tools.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds; weekend/alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and inspect cannabis flower and waste for input into the inventory system.
• Train team members on Processing tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per procedures.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reporting in state systems.
• Support harvest, cure, and trim processes.
